Substance 3d points to Adobe Substance

Hello,

I have a Substance account, with 600 credits, and I subscribed to an Adobe Texturation 3d Substance, to transfer my credits. But I can't seem to link the account, as it is shown in the documentation. I tried to reach Adobe customer service, but they couldn't help me and send me to Substance 3D as the only assistance able to solve my problem.

Can someone help me synchronise my account and assets ?
