@Cedric Marchessoux  Hello! I've recently found out that all my points disappeared. I didn't receive any mails with warning that I need to spent them. I had more than 500+ points left. Could you please at least give them back to me for a limited period of time so I could spend them? I am currently in the region where is Adobe is not selling subscription.

Hi @arugin , unfortunately access to the 3D Assets Library requires an active Collection or Texturing subscription. Please send me a direct message regarding what region you currently reside in where subscriptions are unavailable. Thanks.

Hi, I'm able to access assets that I previously acquired prior to this change with points, however I'm not able to download new assets. When trying to access an asset there is a "subscribe" button. I am signed in with my account that has the Adobe Substance 3D Painter license -- am I missing something here? When I click on Subscribe it takes me to another page that says "we couldn't find that page."

Hi @Danny29668671b03o, thanks for the detail. Unfortunately, unmetered access to the 3D Assets Library is only included with Collection or Texturing subscriptions. Thank you for flagging that the link to the page is no longer working from the Subscribe button, we will update that shortly.

Hi Cedric,

I was very excited after seeing your post--and news regarding the availability of the assets.

However, I have recieved denials when attempting to load any of the collection's assets.  Please advise.  Thanks in advance

Hi @Vinay Deo, the message "no points limits" refers to the fact that you no longer need to spend any points to access assets. However, only users with an active Substance subscription receive unmetered access to assets. I do not currently see an active subscription attached to your email. Could you please share if there is another email you use to log into your Adobe account?

those who have no subscription ... still can access the already licensed assets? For example I lost many of my contents due to a hard drive crash. Can I download them again if this kind of accident will happen again in the future?

Dear @Emőke223183119nbp

Nothing was lost. If you do not have an active subscription anymore, you have access to the already licensed assets in "My Assets".
And you can download them from CCD, website of 3D Assets or in Painter.
I hope this answer your question.

Before Adobe switched to unmetered asset downloads I had over 2,500 credits. Those credits have now all disappeared.  While it is great Adobe implement their asset archive free to subscribers, am I the only one who is paranoid and fears that at some point in near future Adobe will arbitrarily roll back to a pricing / credit system for these assets?  Thus – wiping out all those years of credits!

Perhaps it would be better for subscribers to be able to retain those credits we earned or allow us to use them in some other way.

Hi Cedric,

I just checked my account, and it shows 0 credits available—I’ve lost almost 145 credits! Could you please look into this issue and help me recover them?

I’d really appreciate your support on this.

Thanks in advance,

Dear @John Melad

A solution is being deployed to allow users who no longer have an active subscription but who still have points to use them and download content until March 1, 2025.

Hi,

I’m currently focusing on 2.5D projects that don’t require texture editing so I have stopped my Substance subscription months ago.
I still use my asset collection from time to time, and I still had more than 150 points I think.

I'm really surprised (and pissed off I have to admit) that Adobe make a big change like this without any warning or notice.

I would like to use all of my points. Is it possible?
With the new system will the "My Assets" tab still exist in the future?
