Substance points cannot be migrated

I used to have a lot of substance points, but after I clicked migrate, the adobe account did not increase the previous points. And I can't log in to my substance account.

Hi,
After checking with some colleagues indeed it looks like it is not possible to get an individual Substance 3d subscription at the moment in China.
In your case, you will need to spend your download points before September 30th, and make sure your licensed assets are saved somewhere where you will be able to access them in the future.

Hi,
I can see there are 534 points available in your Substance account.
Here is some documentation with details on how to transfer assets and points and on who is eligible.

It looks you are just having issues with the login for your Substance account, can you please try to add your password manually in case your password manager is adding your adobe password in the substance password field (it happens sometimes).
If you still have that error message please try to change the password of your substance account here.

I see that to transfer points, I need to subscribe to the adobe substance 3D service. But I couldn't find a place to subscribe. In China, direct credit card subscription service seems unavailable. Can you take a look for me
