Substance source account messed up

Hello.
Tried to connect to my Substance Source account yesterday and wasn't able to get all my points and resouces back. Only working option is to suscribe to another subscription with adobe. Seriously?

Yeah I know, I should connect with my Allegorithmic account, but when I do so I get this message:
"Unauthorized : check your credentials and try again.
We recently moved to adobe.com, make sure to update your password manager to reflect this change!"

 

What password manager ? 
Over complicated ubuesque connecting messed up, spent almost an hour before giving up.  Would it be possible to get something userfriendly please ?

Sorry to see you have issues connecting on the website.

You are right : to find your points and assets you need to login with the account you've always used so far, the Allegorithmic one.

Your credentials are still valid if you did not changed them recently yourself, we've not updated them on behalf of users.

 

About the message about password manager (Dashlane, LastPass, Chrome password manager, etc) it is to inform users about a very common mistake. Since the June 23rd release Substance Source has turned into 3D Assets, and it is no longer on substance3d.com URL but on substance3d.adobe.com. This change of URL is confusing some password manager that will automatically fill the credential fields with adobe.com account credentials instead of your Allegorithmic one.

 

You need to double check this point about your passwork manager if you use one and/or manually enter your Allegorthmic credentials.

To check your credentials or reset your password you can also directly go to https://store.substance3d.com/user
