Transferring Asset credits from Adobe account to another

My emoplyer has provided me with a new Adobe account. I'd like to cancel my personal  "Substance 3D Collection" & "Creative Cloud All Apps" subscriptions and use my new Work account.

Question 1:
How can I transfer my (392) "Adobe Substance 3D Asset Credits" and "Licensed Assets" to a new Adobe account?

Question 2:
If I'm unable to transfer, will I have the ability to log into my old (cancelled) account to redeem my remaining Credits as well as download previously Licensed Assets?

Hi,

For your first question: the full details can be found in this documentation page.
But as a TL;DR: you should be able to if your substance account has one (or zero) indie subscription on it, and if you have an individual subscription on the Adobe side.

For your second question, you have the possibitility to continue using your substance account and your download points until substance accounts are deactivated, which should be around summer 2022 (there will be emails announcing the date), just make sure you log in with your Substance account on the 3D Assets platform.
