Unable to link legacy Substance account to Adobe account

Hello,

 

I am unable to successfully link my Substance Account to my Adobe account. After logging in with my Substance account, I click 'Link your Substance account to Adobe' and it brings up a small window with a blue Login with Adobe button. After clicking this button, however, it just logs me out of the Substance account with no further way to input my Adobe credentials. Even if I follow up with a manual login into Adobe, my points and assets are not transferred. I have tried this in both Chrome and Edge.

    Hi,

    The login between an individul substance account and an individual adobe account has to happen on the adobe side, not the substance side.
    You have to first login on the 3D website using the "Log in with Adobe" option. Once logged in you will find a "link with substance account" in your profile. It will show up if your account is eligible.
