Unable to Switch Profiles to Access Substance 3D Assets with Personal License

Question

I’m having trouble with Adobe Substance 3D and could use some help. I have two Adobe profiles: a personal one and a business one. My Substance 3D Collection app license is tied to my personal profile, but when I log into https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/, it defaults to my business profile. I can’t seem to switch to my personal profile to download assets, even though that’s where my license lives.
Am I missing a step somewhere? I’ve tried logging out and back in with “Login with Adobe,” but it keeps picking the business account.
