Unmetered Access to Substance 3D Assets is Available Now!

HUGE news for the Substance 3D ecosystem: today we’re launching unmetered access to the complete Substance 3D Assets library for Adobe Substance 3D subscribers. This means that every Substance subscriber on a Collection or Texturing plan has access to the full collection of nearly 20,000 professional materials, models and lighting environments without managing points.

 

Moreover, this also means that Student licenses will now have access to 3D Assets.

Hi, I also lost hundreds of points which I paid for during my subscription. I understand you provided a temporary fix to use the remaining points, but I cannot see them anywhere in my account. Where should I be looking for?

I think I had somewhere between 600-800 points and they're all gone also. I paid for them by subscribing for several years. I bought the licenses before the takeover and afterwards on steam. I didn't get any message and feel like I got robbed.

When Epic launched FAB they gave customers the option of a refund or credit on FAB. I don't think it's legal to just throw people's points away.

      I have also lost over 500 points and cannot use them to download new assets! I have paid for them in subscription fees in the past, and now they are all gone! I wasn't even notified earlier so I could use them all, this is really bad move from you Adobe, how greedy can those corporations be? Sure, giving full access to current subscribers is a nice move, but why did you stole my points that I have paid for?

        Great news , however i am unable to download anything and my points ( almost 500) disapeared , i am on the 6 months free offered trought epic fab
