I was able to add an abobe font earlier today, but for the past hour, I have been getting this error: 

"An error occurred while trying to add all fonts. Some fonts may not be added."

I tried adding it from Illustrator, then from the website—got the error. I turned fonts off and on in the creative cloud app. Same error.  I've tried a dozen different fonts with the same outcome. Anyone know of a solution?

    The issue has been resolved I added a font with no issues.

    Also having the same issue. Logged out of CC and logged back in to no avail. Tried different browsers and everything. Checked my firewall and proxy settings and nothing is working. Was coming here to see if others were having the same issue.

    Hello!

     

    I am running into an issue with downloading Adobe fonts. I have downloaded fonts in the past with no issues, but today the error ""An error occoured while trying to add fonts." keeps popping up. I tried downloaded several different fonts to make sure it wasn't an issue with just the font family I was interested in, but I had the same error pop up for all of them.

    Here are the things I have already tried to rectify the issue, based on other support articles/posts I have found online:

    • Restarted my desktop
    • Logged out and then back in on both the desktop CC, and online CC acounts
    • Turned off Adobe fonts and turned it back again
    • Checked to make sure my app versions are up-to-date
    • Checked to ensure I had no billing issues, and payments are up-to-date

     

    I have attached a screenshot of the error popup.


    I would love some assistance with figuring out why I am running into this problem.

    We cannot add fonts with Creative Cloud. We get an error message.

    Same here; I'm in the middle of a project, and I have been having issues with the fonts since yesterday. I can't use the fonts we chose for the project and will miss the deadline.
