I was able to add an abobe font earlier today, but for the past hour, I have been getting this error:

I tried adding it from Illustrator, then from the website—got the error. I turned fonts off and on in the creative cloud app. Same error. I've tried a dozen different fonts with the same outcome. Anyone know of a solution?

The issue has been resolved I added a font with no issues.

I wish I'd found this forum earlier - I've just spent all morning reinstalling CC about five times. Literally I'm supposed to be testing fonts on a film today, this is such bad timing haha.
