I was able to add an abobe font earlier today, but for the past hour, I have been getting this error: 

"An error occurred while trying to add all fonts. Some fonts may not be added."

I tried adding it from Illustrator, then from the website—got the error. I turned fonts off and on in the creative cloud app. Same error.  I've tried a dozen different fonts with the same outcome. Anyone know of a solution?

    The issue has been resolved I added a font with no issues.

    I'm willing to bet it's something on Adobe's end, as multiple people started having the same issue at the same time, and nothing in the troubleshooting guide appears to be working. https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/kb/troubleshoot-adding-fonts.html

    Hopefully they get it sorted out quickly.

    Same issue here. I can't activate fonts in Illustrator or on Adobe Fonts. I tried signing out of Creative Cloud and signing back in again, but it's the same issue.

    I cannot activate Adobe fonts.

    If I try to do it from within Illustrator, it is stuck on "Activating.."

    If I try to do from https://fonts.adobe.com/ it says "An error occurred while trying to add fonts."

     

    I have tried every troubleshooting option on https://helpx.adobe.com/fonts/kb/troubleshoot-adding-fonts.html

     

    My cloud membership is active. I don't know what else to try. Support is not responding to me. Has anyone else dealt with this or managed to fix it? Thank you.

    Bonjour,

    je n'arrive pas installer mes polices venant d'adobe fonts.

    Il y a un message d'erreur me disant que l'ajout de ma police a échoué.

    J'ai déjà redemarré mon mac et je me suis déjà deconnecter/reconnecter à mon compte créative cloud mais rien n'y fait je ne peuc pas ajouter de polices venant d'adobe fonts.

    Quelqu'un aurait une solution à me proposer ?

    Hi, I have a problem with my fonts in CC app. When I click on "f" icon to show fonts to add or remove, a loading spinner appears and fonts never show up.. I tried to reinstall app, unistall all adobe apps and I also used adobe cleaner.. nothnig helps.. internet connection works - fonts.adobe.com loads in web browser.. 

     

    Any suggestion how to fix this?
