I was able to add an abobe font earlier today, but for the past hour, I have been getting this error: 

"An error occurred while trying to add all fonts. Some fonts may not be added."

I tried adding it from Illustrator, then from the website—got the error. I turned fonts off and on in the creative cloud app. Same error.  I've tried a dozen different fonts with the same outcome. Anyone know of a solution?

    The issue has been resolved I added a font with no issues.

    Same problem here, happening since yesterday. Just checked on X and only Adobe Support Japan has posted anything concerning this issue. Seems to be widespread.

    Same here. Slovenia, 08 september 2023. I tried every step from the help Troubleshoot font activation problems in Creative Cloud and it didn't work.

    Ditto. It's now a day later and I still can't add new Adobe Fonts. I've cycled through all the usual troubleshooting tips too.

    I can re-install fonts I've installed before via the Creative Cloud app, but I can't add anything new.

    Been having the issue since yesterday afternoon and was hoping it would be resolved by the time I got back to work. It hasn't.

    Es ist ein Problem bei Adobe. Scheinbar arbeite sie daran es zu beheben. Ich habe mit einem Mitarbeiter gechattet. In der Hoffnung... 😉
