Missing fonts " fixedsys"

Hi,

I have no fonts at all besides one called fixedsys. On photoshop I have all my fonts but not on premiere.

Any advice? thanks

and welcome to the Premiere Pro Forum community. Thank you for taking your time to file a bug report. The team just needs a little more information to begin troubleshooting. The link here How do I write a bug report has steps to providing more information about your bug that can help us identify the issue. Have you tried to download a new font and install it to see if Premiere Pro is recognizing the new font? Also try as Ann says and get a ttf. font so you can be sure Premiere is reading it.
