Web Projects Missing

@Molly Doane Hi Molly, my company recently moved me from a Personal profile to a Business profile, and I would also like to move all of my old Personal web fonts/projects over to my Business profile. Can you help transfer them for me? Thank you in advance!

I have the same issue too. The Web Projects are under my personal profile. Could they be moved to the business profile?

Hi@Molly Doane  I am experiencing the same problem, all "old" Adobe Web projects is missing. I don't understand why. Can you also help me please? 🙂

I apologize for the inconvenience. Your web projects were indeed in your Personal account, which split from your Business account on March 12th. I've gone ahead and transfered the web projects to your Business account, so you can now just log into your Business account on the Adobe Fonts site to access them.

We found a solution which works in our situation, but might be suitable for you too.

1. Log in in Adobe Fonts
2. Open profile -> Adobe Account
3. Go to Account and security -> Sign-in and security
4. Turn off Select my profile automatically
5. Log out in Adobe Fonts and log back in again

You should see a prompt in which you can choose the profile you want to log in with. In our case choosing the personal profile brought back all our web projects.

We have the same issue. It seems like it happened after the whole personal/business account thing.... Unfortunately we haven't found a solution...
