3D Designer error 205

I can open 3D Designer but then I get the 205 error 15 to 30 seconds after opening.

This error is related to the licensing process.

Please log out of your account in the Creative Cloud Desktop application, restart your system, and log back in. At that point, try to run Substance 3D Designer and let me know about the results.
