Active maintenance - No 2022 access

I have active maintenance for my perpetual Painter and Designer licenses until 28/11/2021, so a few more days.


You just released the 2022 versions, so why do I not have access to download/license those?

 

These new versions fall within my active maintenance period.

 

I expect access to new versions to end after 28/11/2021, not before.

Yes they are the same. 
We released it as a 2021 and 2022 version so users (like you) who have purchased the 2021 version can benefit from this update 🙂

Is the version you're calling 2022 on Steam, just the same 7.4.0 build 1366 which is called called 2021.4.0 when downloading installers/licenses from the Allegorithmic site?

How do I edit a post here?

 

For the above version number, I mean 11.3.0 build 5258, which is called 2021.3.0 on the Allegorithmic site.

(I accidentally typed the versions for Sunstance Painter in my reply above).

 

Is this the same as the current "2022" build on Steam?
