Broken promise

I have been paying Full price for CC for Years, with the promise that it included all New Programs and updates, Why is Substance excluded from this Promise.  Another who cares about the faithful customers and Profit Play by Adobe?

    The CC package has never included all Adobe programs. There have always been applications outside of that package e.g Captivate.
