Can I 3d print these structures adapt to a stl file for example?

Hi there,

I just started a trial version of Substance 3D modeller but also just found 3d designer which might be more suited to my project.

- Is it suited and can i adapt these patterns for 3d printing eg. as stl files?

Really new to this and have more experience with rhino but wondering if this might be easier and faster?
