Can Substance help me make car wash foam?

Rookie post-
Been in awe of what people can make in substance for a long time, I'm more of a kitbasher and stock materials user 95% of the time. However, I am in desperate need to make a certain material right now for a job, and I'm at a loss as to how to do it, so I'm looking for advice to see if Substance can do this. I need to create a carwash with a car inside covered in thick foamy suds. my google searcehs for premade textures, psd brushes and materials have come up dry, so wondering if substance could help me make it. Pic is for reference. I mostly just need the coating of foam on the car. Will be using keyshot for rendering, and will not be closeup, so no displacement or 3d geometry needed. Think this can totally be done with textures. second pic is the closest I've come to it in another project, but I need a thicker foam look. Thanks!

Substance software, such as Substance Painter and Substance Designer, primarily focuses on creating and designing materials and textures for 3D models. While you can create various realistic materials and surface effects using Substance tools, including things like water, metal, and plastic, generating a specific effect like "car wash foam"  might not be a standard or straightforward feature Eco Cleanse in these programs.

To create the appearance of car wash foam on a 3D model, you would typically need to design and apply a suitable material or texture that resembles foam. This might involve using procedural textures, layering different materials, and fine-tuning various parameters within Substance software to achieve the desired look.

So, while Substance software can help you create realistic textures and materials for your 3D car model, creating car wash foam specifically would involve customizing your materials to simulate that effect.

If you are familiar with the nodes in Designer there is a timelapse video here which shows a good foam effect that you can probably adapt (e.g. to thicken the foam) for your purpose

Thank you for that, its an amazing process!!!!!! Not sure I will be able to replicate that, but its neat to see that it can be done. I will do more research on this and watch the video a bazillion times to see
