Cannot install Substance after adding it to my account

My employer has added the Substance programs to my account, which I am able to verify on the web via my Adobe account, however the apps are not available to install via Creative Cloud - they just say "Try/Buy".  So I have gone and installed a demo version of Substance Designer, but that only buys me 30 days.  Why is my plan not reflected in Creative Cloud?

Have you tried signing out of the CC app then signing back in ensuring you use the same account details as that you checked?

Hi, thanks for the reply.  Yes I have, at least a couple of times.
