Changing output format at package level

I need to generate a SBSAR file for Unity that has 8-bit colour and one for Houdini that requires 16-bit colour. I know I can change the colour depth on each graph but is there any way to change it at the package level so all graphs inherit it?

Ah, I see! Thank you for clarifying.

Same answer unfortunately, there is no way to set the parent bitdepth for multiple graphs at the same time within Designer.

Best regards.

Hello @HypoSecant,

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Bitdepth cannot be changed for graphs in a Substance 3D asset (SBSAR). A separate version needs to be published for each bitdepth required.

Best regards.

Thanks for getting back to me. I realise that I will need to create a SBSAR file for each bit depth but what I'm trying to figure out is how to easily change the bit-depth for all the graphs in a SBS file before publishing a SBSAR file without having to change each graph individually. I was wondering if it's possible to do this in Substance Designer. It might be possible to do it with sbsmutator command line tool but I don't have access to the Substance Automation Toolkit.
