circus tent red and white stripes

Is there a way to make a material that would have red and white stripes and the stripes would get smaller at the top like a circus tent looks?

If you want to use a tileable material, make it with straightforward stripes and ensure that the tent roof is unwrapped into a rectangle

Do you mean like this ?

Of course with narrow stripes at the top and wider at the bottom it will not tile.

Yes. So it will not tile, is there any other way to achieve the effect?
