Is there a way to make a material that would have red and white stripes and the stripes would get smaller at the top like a circus tent looks?

If you want to use a tileable material, make it with straightforward stripes and ensure that the tent roof is unwrapped into a rectangle

Of course with narrow stripes at the top and wider at the bottom it will not tile.
