Code redeemed but no access to apps

Hello,

I am attending university and went through the process of getting verified for my license. I got an email back with a code and was told I have succesfully redeemed it. Yet the substance apps are not available to me. I'm now getting the message that the code is already redeemed. I have signed out and back in, restarted my pc, tried everything I could think of. Contacting support seems to be made intentionally difficult as I'm just getting sent around from one useless page to the other.

Any help? I need to be able to use the software.
