Embarassing Help Support

Since yesterday, Substance Designer keeps crashing on launch.

It's the trial version and it's updated to the latest version.

I started a chat, tried all the fixes the bot suggested me, asked to talk with a human being just to be more specific and this is the answer:

 

I called the help number (i'm from Italy) and nobody answers.
