How can I change the keyboard shortcuts Mac

In the substance 3d designer manual it says to go to the menu bar, edit, keyboard shortcuts, but for some reason i don't see the "keyboard shortcuts" option. i'm using a mac Ventura.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I don't use a Mac, but in Windows they are under Edit > Preferences > Shortcuts
