Hello there.

I'm currently making a library bookshelf made from 4 different types of smaller shelves I modeled. I want to position them randomly so that the whole object has realistic look. How do I achieve it?

Hello @Golem_XIV255017952em4,

If you're talking about a model graph, you could use the stacking node to randomise the shelves placement, linked to a Jitter instances to add offsets.

Maybe you've already seen it, but here is one of our tutorial about how to make a bookshelf with Substance 3D Designer.

I also want to warn you that the Substance Model graphs won't be supported after the current 12.4.1 version of Substance Designer. More infos here.

Best regards,
