How to prevent reselling / redistributing of a single sbsar file?

Hi, we are recently starting to explore Substance designer for our company and we would like to know if you can license or lock the sbsars that you create. For instance we want to provide our clients custom sbsar's that we create for them but we want to prevent the client from reselling or distributing it to others. 

Is this possible?
