How to transfer Free student license from substance3d.com to Adobe Substance license?

Hi, months ago and after aqusition of Allegorithmic by Adobe, I recieved my free Substance student license through this address:

https://substance3d.adobe.com/education/

And I was happy with my working licences which are still valid until next year. Then I saw this message o Substance Launcher anoonucing the EOL on 30th of September, 2022.

I was wondering how can I transfer theses licences into my Adobe account?
