I've purchased the Substance 3d package and do not have access to the applications.

I've subscribed to the Substance 3d package, and have only had access to the applications for the initial 30 day trial. They all still show up in "Apps to try".

I've followed the steps in this post:

and still, they aren't working. I can't even purchase the package again, as when I click buy, it says I already own it!

I've been paying for these apps and I can't use them!
