To get depth from the Tringle Grid-Node you can incorporate a Normal-Node like so:

In The Triangle Grid-Node leave the Color Output Setting at Per Vertex.

Set the Grayscale Conversion to RGB 0.5, 0.5, 0.

Adjust the Intensity of the final result in the Normal-Node to your liking.

Hope it helps.

thanks for your answer, but if I leave the Color Output Setting to Per Vertex, the Triangle Grid is not tileable. there is a solution for that?.
