Matcap shader

Hi guys!
Im pretty new in SD
Trying to make matcap shader in order to use it later in TouchDesigner or NotchVFX
Was asking in FB group and tried to ask GPT for help 
No luck ((
Is it possible at all? Can some one help me with it?
Looks like it should be something simple to do but unfortunately cant find any tutorial or info about it

Designer is a tool to create textures primarily, not shaders. There is the ability to create MDL graphs, you can check out a tutorial here: https://youtu.be/2_0_nYUri6w

However this is not as fully developed as the texture generation and I don't know if it can do what you need.
