Metallic/Roughness effect bake to base color (Or something like this)

Hi, I'm working on a material that will only have a base color output.
And I'm trying to create a baked light effect, but I can't achieve a glossy or metallic effect.
I found a material in the substance painter that gives the desired effect.(attached a screenshot)
How can I get similar functionality?

Hi

You could take a look at the PBR render node and see if you can adapt it for your purpose (if you make a copy and save the copy you can open the reference (Ctrl+E) and edit it.
