Hi,
Problem with updating
Does a substance update have to delete my private node libraries every time?
Before that, there was no problem with that

Updating Designer should have no impact on custom content set up through a project file.

 

First, please check this page and this page of our documentation about adding and curating custom content, and make it is set up correctly in Designer.

 

If there are no apparent issues with the configuration, please provide some details regarding the update:

  • Previous and target versions
  • Custom content location
  • Location of the project file this content location is defined in
