Project Configuration Files on Mac/Windows case got changed all the time

Hey guys! I am trying to share project across the team and faced annoying issue. We work on different platforms Mac and Windows. And for some reason SBSPRJ file changes case all the time after launching Substance Designer on different platform.
Is this our local issue? Could it be ahndled somehow?
