Does anyone have a suggestion for a radial menu program for Windows?

a radial menu that can be used with Substance Designer and other programs?

another question :
Is there a way to change the default Substance designer shortcuts?

Under Edit > Preferences > Shortcuts, you can add shortcuts for a serie of nodes, but you can't edit the default shortcuts.

You'll find the save file with your preferences in
C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Adobe\Adobe Substance 3D Designer\user_preferences.xml
