Subscribing to Substance 3D and assigning to users.

Dear Adobe CC Team,

I would like to get your guidance on how subscribe for Substance 3D apps at console level and assign the package to particular users only.

Do you use an Adobe Enterprise account? If that is the case, licenses can be easily assigned to team members in the Admin console.
