hello, how can I export sppr in Substance Designer?

I am not aware that you can. SPPR - Substance Painter Presets are normally exported directly from Substance Painter.

You can of course make exposed material preset settings within an SBS file and export them as part of the SBSAR to have them selectable in the material properties on use.
