Substance Player freeze and crash

Hi,

 

Yesterday, after a couple of years I tried to open Substance Player. Immediately after opening SP freezes and crashes. I’ve tried dozen of times, even updated my GPU drivers( studio driver)  but in vein. I also have latest SP installed. Windows 10. RTX 3070

Any idea what could go wrong?

I thought to mention I have other Adobe products on subscription basis.

Anyways, hope fix is available

Hi Cyril,

I had to reinstall windows to fressh and now all works fine. Even Adobe remote help couldn't sort it out.

Do you have any issue opening Substance 3D Designer or another Substance Software?
