Can I use textures exported by Substance Player for my business for free?

The 3D asset license allows you to use materials commercially in a larger work (e.g on the surface of a 3D model). But you cannot export and pass on a texture/material directly not as part of that larger work.

See the full terms here:

I created an SBSAR in Substance Designer, edited it in Substance Player, and exported it. Can I use the exported textures for commercial purposes?

You can use textures created yourself from Substance Designer - many artists sell sbsar materials on-line. They do need to be a real creation though not just an output of the presets or existing assets.
