Time Parameter in Dynamic Brush Stroke

Hi,
I want to learn more about the Time parameter mentioned in the table (the last one). How can I access and adjust this parameter in Substance Designer to create a dynamic brush for Substance Painter? Also, what kind of changes or effects can it make in a dynamic stroke?
