When will Substance Designer support > MDL 1.7

I'm using Substance Designer 14.01.

I get the following error when I have an MDL of v1.8 (or 1.9) in my MDL path:

[ERR][1698][SDK/COMPILER/CORE] enterprisepbr.mdl(1,5): C222 Unsupported MDL version 1.8

Is there a plan to support versions of MDL > 1.7 in the near future?
