Exporting problem

Hi

I just exported a 2-hour video using Adobe media encoder, there was no error while the rendering

but when I play the video the last 20 mins are not working and take me back to the begging of the video

Hi hamas,

Sorry for the trouble. I understand you are getting incorrect preview playback with the exported file from Adobe Media Encoder.

In addition to the questions asked by Abambo ( thanks for chiming in), we'd like to know if you used any Adobe application like Premiere Pro to edit the video.

You may try exporting the file using a different format. Let us know if that helps.

If you really expect help for this, you need to give more information:

  • What is your media Encoder version. Please be precise, "the latest version" may not be true and is for sure untrue in a few month.
  • What is your OS and version?
  • What was the source format and parameters?
  • What are the destination format and parameters?
  • Does the source format play well at the 20 minutes mark?
