Issues with Audio after Exporting in Media Encoder

Hello everyone,

I am a stage manager at a ballet company where we utilize videos from rehearsal quite often. After we film something on our camera, we put the file through Media Encoder so we can have an mp4 file that we can then share with choreographers, directors, dancers etc.

Every so often, the audio is out of sync by a second or so in a video. It is not consistent, does not happen during every video, and sometimes it is only certain parts of the video that become out of sync.

Does anyone know the best settings to use to prevent this from happening? Unfortunately, the audio even being a second off can be a major issue for rehearsal purposes. Here are the basic settings I am currently using:

H.264

VBR 2 Pass

10x12 Video Bitrate

334 Audio Bitrate

Maximum Render Quality

Any suggestions would be extremely helpful!

I was not able to reproduce.

Please provide more information. See https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-media-encoder-bugs/how-do-i-write-a-bug-report/idi-p/13094801 what we need in order to look into your issue.

What is your source material? Which computer (OS, CPU, GPU, memory) do you use? Do you export directly in AME or send the project over from Premiere Pro?
