When logging a new bug report, it's helpful to the Media Encoder team if your report includes steps describing how we can reproduce the issue. If we can reproduce the issue, it is easier for us to fix it.
Use the template below to provide us with information:
Issue - A short description of the problem
Adobe Media Encoder version number
Operating system
Steps to reproduce - The steps we should follow to show us the issue you are seeing.
Expected result - What should have happened after the last step?
Actual result - What did happen after the last step?
Optional but useful: upload media and/or project files, screenshots or screen recordings that demonstrate the issue.
