Launching Media Encoder via a Script not working

I launch media encoder via script. It says it's launched but in fact it is not. I submit .epr to render as mp4. It works on one computer but does not on another and render .aac instead.

Your support is clueless and @bruce4601099 never responded to any of my questions in a way that was helpful. It is either condescending or useless. So it is just a waste of time. I don't know why I even write something here. Nevermind.
