Adobe Podcast download is so slow or is not working

My internet connection is fast and I can connect to Adobe Podcast AI easily. However, everytime I upload a file for audio enhancement, once I download it. It doesn't go through or it's stuck on 2kb - 5kbps. This is very dissappointing. I tried free and premium. Also in mac and windows. Still the same results.

Same. it just stopped 0k download from 5hours for a 14meg file.

I have issues, too. Upload takes forever (100MB). When reloading the site a "Connection failed" error appeared. Tried different browsers and deleted cache and cookies. Now I got to the upload again but it goes on for liek ten minutes with no result. I checked my speed and it is fine from my site. I've Premium access.
