Adobe Podcast is the worst product I've encountered in a while, incredibly frustrating

Nothing with this tool works and it's just bugged as hell. I'm supposed to have premium access, but: 

  1. I can not login in 90% of all cases*
  2. When some silly backend logic finally logs me in I can't upload files
  3.  Everything is incredibly slow
  4. Record button won't appear because it's stuck in some infinite loading loop
  5. This miserably coded piece of software keeps throwing bs error messages at me that don't help at all

 

* This ONLY works when I hit Launch in the Creative Cloud Desktop app. 

 

There was a problem connecting to Adobe Podcast. Try clearing your browser cookies and signing in again. If this problem continues, ensure that no browser extension or VPN is interfering with the connection.
 
I have no conflicting browser extensions. I don't use a VPN. I've tried both Chrome and Edge. I've reset my friggin Windows Defender Firewall defaults. Yes, I've restarted the browsers. Yes, I've cleared my browser cookies. Yes, I can log in into my Adobe account just fine. Yes, I've logged out and back in again. No, absolutely nothing helped.
 
This is supposed to be some easy use web tool, but it's the major upset of my day costing my hours of frustration. How a tool of a major company like Adobe can be this incredibly glitchy in 2025 is absolutely beyond me. Shame.

This appears to be a problem today but my team's history of using Podcast has been great. Wait till it gets fixed hopefully later today and try it again.
