Adobe Podcast - Recording Upload Failed

I have been using Adobe Podcast for a little while now but recently ran into the upload failed issue. A podcast I recorded is refusing to upload files and the instructions on this page https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/podcast/adobe-podcast-faq.html have not helped. I have kept the tab open both computers involved in the recording but we cant seem to get it to trigger the upload. All we get is this message

Would love to be able to get the local files saved in Cache if only I knew where it was.
