Can’t Download My Enhanced Speech File (Adobe Podcast)

Hi Adobe Support/Team,

I’m having trouble downloading my enhanced speech file from Adobe Podcast. I have premium access and was able to use the online Enhance Speech feature successfully once. However, for my recent attempts, I haven’t been able to download the enhanced file.

The audio is about 13 minutes long (around 19.8 MB). I also tried splitting it into two shorter clips, but the issue persists. I’ve been trying for the past three days. When I click the Download button, nothing appears in my Downloads folder (where the previous file was saved successfully).

Could someone tell me how to fix this issue? Thank you for your help!
