Can this servise clear my .mp3 music from annoying advertise voice?

Hi all. I have a collection of old radio podcasts, where radio jokey speaks over the music. It spoils the whole impression from music. I have to rewind the parts where I can hear his speech. 
My small dream is find a service which can help me remove that annoying voice over the music.
Is adobe podcast help me with that?
